After 2 periods the score was tied 2-2 but the Stars could not hang on in the 3rd loosing 5-2. The first goal for the NNS was scored by Quentin Holmes assisting was Cole Williams. The second goal came from Roger Tagoona assits came from Skylar Tait Reaume and Zac Zales.

Despite being down 2-0 in the second, The stars battled back for a 3-2 win. Matthew Backhouse got the NNS first goal in the second with assists coming from Rory McKie and Mathew Steven. Second Northstars goal and his first of the season was from Zac Zales assisting was Cody Zulyniak and Ryan Delorme. And late in the second, Skylair Tait Reaume finished off the last of the scoring assist coming from Roger Tagoona.

Strong performance from the NNS. Opening the scoring, Skylair Tait-Reamue in the first. Assisting was Brett Furguson and Jaron Campbell. Matthew Backhouse got the stars second goal of the evening assist coming from Cole Williams. Opening the second period scoring was Cole Williams assists coming from Brad Swampy and Quentin Holmes. The stars 4th goal of the night came from Justin Valentino assisting was Rory McKie and Matthew Backhouse. Starting the 3rd goal scoring for the NNS was Mathew Steven assists from Quentin Holmes and Rory McKie. ^th goal of the night came from Cody Zulynaik assisting was Justin Valentino. Final score was 7-2 win. The NNS out shot the Kenora Thistles 60-21.

Despite the Northstars playing a decent game, They suffered a 5-1 loss. The only goal came from Mathew Steven assist coming from Rory McKie.

The Northstars played a better game today for a well deserved 3-1win. No score in the first. Second period Cole Williams hit the back of the net assists coming from Cody Zulynaik and Quentin Holmes. The 2nd goal came from Roger Tagoona assisting was Lorne Leslie and Rory McKie. Last goal for the NNS came in the 3rd period, scoring was Mathew Steven assisting was Cody Zulynaik and Roger Tagoona.

It took the Yellowhead's last shooter to win the game 3-2. Scoring for the NNS was Cole Williams assists coming from Quentin Holmes and Jordan Ryan. Second goal for the Stars came from Cody Zulynaik assisting was Cole Williams and Matthew Backhouse.

Star performance in net was Cory Nygaard. Shot were 38-35 for Yellowhead.

After the 1st period the Wheat Kings was ahead 1-0 but the NNS manage to tie it up in the second. In the 3rd, the Wheat Kings found the net twice giving the Norman Northstars a 3-1 lost against the Wheat Kings

IIf you did not make it to the game, you better watch it on Shaw. With a 4-3 win for the northstars after a tremendous effort from all. First goal came from Cody Zulyniak assisting was Quentin Holmes and Roger Tagoona. Second goal came from Quentin Holme assists from Roger Tagoona and Cody Zulyniak. 3rd goal scored by Matthew Steven assiting was Justin Valentino and Cody Zulyniak. And with 1:44 left in the 3rd period, Mathew Backhouse scored the winner assisting was Rory McKie and Skylar Tait-Reaume.

The stars done it again. 6-2 win over the Kenora Thistles. Opening up the scoring for the NNS was Skylar Tait-Reaume assist coming from Jordan Ryan. The second goal of the night and his first of the season was Brett Ferguson assist from Rory McKie. And finishing out the 1st period with a goal, was Matthew Steven assisting was Cory Dupre and Justin Valentino. 16:46 of the second, Jaron Campbell got his first of the year assisting was Quentin Holmes and Cody Zulyniak. Calvin Carins get his first of the season in the 3rd, assist coming from Cory Nygaard. And finishing up the scoring for the NNS, was Cody Zulyniak assist coming from Quentin Holmes.

Norman Northstars win with a commanding score of 6-0 over the Thistles. The score was 2-0 after the first period. Goals came from Skylar Tait-Reaume assistst came from Jordan Ryan and Mathew Backhouse. The second goal came from Jordan Ryan with Mathew Backhouse assisting. There were no goals in the second but the NNS lit it up in the 3rd. Goals coming from Rory McKie and assists from Allan Meyer and Jordan Ryan. Next goal, and his second of the night came from Skylar Tait-Reaume assisting was Calvin Cairns and Mathew Backhouse. Rory Mckie got his 2nd of the night with assists coming from Cory Dupre and Jordan Ryan. The last goal for the Northstars, Jordan Ryan tagged his second of the night with Quentin Holmes and Cody Zulyniak assisting.

Ryan Delorme made 21 saves for his 1st shut out of the season. Way to go Ryan!

A disappointing loss for the NNS with a 7-5 final . Cole Williams opened up the scoring in the 1st period assisting was Quentin Holmes and Cory Dupre. Still in the first, Wayne Folster got his second of the year assisted by Brett Ferguson. NNS 3rd goal of the night while still in the first, came from Cody Zulynaik assists coming from Jordan Ryan and Mathew Backhouse. The 4th goal for the stars came in the second period from Matthew Steven assisting was Lorne Leslie and Cole Williams. And in the 3rd, Quentin Holmes scored assists coming from Cody Zulynaik and Mathew Backhouse.

Cory Nygaard made 27 saves.

No question tonight about the offense. Cole Williams opened the scoring at the 7:05 mark of the 1st period unassisted. The second goal, also in the first period was from Cody Zulyniak assisting was Quentin Holmes and Jordan Ryan. The 3rd goal still in the 1st came from Jordan Ryan assisting Justin Valentino and Skylair Tait- reaume. At the 19:21 of the 1st, Cole Williams got his second of the game assisting was Mathew Backhouse and Quentin Holmes. In the second period the NNS kept it up. Allan Meyer got one early unassisted. Half way through the 2nd, Cole Williams got his hat trick assisting was Jordan Ryan and Mathew Backhouse. NNS kept the pressure on with a goal from Quentin Holmes assisting was Jordan Ryan. With 13:33 into the 3rd, the NNS hit again with a goal from Mathew Backhouse assisting was Calvin Cairns and Skylar Tait- Reaume. And once again with 1: 14 left to the game Mathew Backhouse notched his second of the night assisting was Calvin Cairns and Justin Valentino.

RyanDelorme faced 20 shots.

Final score was 9-3 NNS.

What a turn around from the last game. The Northstars came out flying with hitting everything that moved. Justin Valentino opened up the scoring in the first assisting was Kenton Fayant. In the score the Northstars kept the pressure on which paid off with the 2nd goal for the NNS coming from Cory Dupre assisting was Skylar Tait Reamue and Justin Valentino. After the Northstars killing off a penalty, Cole Williams passed the puck up to Jordan Ryan who just came out of the penalty box and scored the Game winning goal. Interlake managed to score 1 more in the end of the 3rd which did not help. NNS get their second win of the season 3-2.

The opening goal came from the Eastman Selects at the 10 minute mark of the first period to give them a 1-0 lead which stayed that way until the 3rd when Eastman scored their 2nd and final goal. Final from a hard fought battle from the stars was 2-0 for the Eastman. 40-32 shots in favor of the Eastman Selects

Cody Zeluynak started off the scoring with a power play goal in the first assisting was Cole Williams and Jaron Campbell. Second period had a no show for goal but in the 3rd the Cougars scored 3 unanswered goal for a 3-1 loss for the NNS.

After 1st period facing the yellowhead Chiefs both teams came up empty. By the end of the 2nd NNS finds themselves short by 1-0. 3rd period showed allot of hard work from the NNS which paid some dividends with Cole Williams scoring on the power play assisting was Jordan Ryan and Matthew Backhouse. Williams came through again in the 3rd netting his second goal of the night giving the stars a 2-1 lead. Late in the 3rd the Northstars came into penalty trouble finding themselves short handed with a 5 on 3. Yellowhead managed to score with :24 sec. left to tie it up and then put it away in Overtime making the final score 3-2 for Yellowhead.

NNS gets their first win of the season against the Parkland Rangers 3-1. All 3 periods was dominated by the Northstars shots being 48-18 in favor of the NNS. First goal by Mathew Steven came in the 2nd period. Second goal also in the 2nd came from Skylar Tait Reamue assisting was Cole Williams. And for his second goal of the game, Skylar Tait Reamue with Cole Williams assisting again.

First game of the season did not end up the way we have all hoped. 2-0 after the first period and trailed 3-0 after 2 and a 8-2 loss for the final at the Gateway arena. By being short handed for 2/3rd's of the game we managed to get 2 goals coming from Kenton Fayant assisting was Jaron Campbell and Wayne Folster. Second goal came from Cole Williams assisting was Jordan Ryan and Mathew Backhouse. Both goals came in the 3rd period.
